Below are sample Business Dashboards, similar to those that i've created for TEC International (Operations Dashboard, Expense Dashboard), Sempra Energy (Budget Dashboard), and Clark Construction (Key Financial Indicators Dashboard). Dashboards are an ideal way for Executives and department heads to monitor the health of a company together in a weekly or monthly meeting (much better than each dept. head bringing in inconsistently formatted spreadsheets and having to explain their oftentimes nightmarishly busy spreadsheets). Dashboards give the ability to monitor components of the business using traffic-lighting along with drill down capabilities.
