Text Box: Cell validation gives you the ability to attach messages to specific cells and even limit what data can be entered into those cells.

                                      Copying Visible Cells Only:                                                                            
                                     
Text Box: Copying only the visible cells is quite useful when dealing with subtotaled data. If only the subtotals are visible (data rows hidden) and the range is copied and pasted to another sheet, all data hidden or not will be pasted over. Use the Visible Cells only trick to work around this problem.
Text Box: To copy visible cells only: STEP 1) Select range to copy STEP 2) On menu-bar, select 'Edit' / 'Go to...'
